Description / Requirements
Position: Spanish CSR
Work Shift: Night shift
Work set up: On-site in BGC Taguig
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Requirements And Skills:
• Open for a Bachelor’s degree or 2 years in College without any back subjects
• Bilingual skills in Spanish and English
• Minimum 2 years of Spanish Representative experience
• Required BPO experience of at least a year
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
• Strong multi-tasking, customer-service, and problem-solving skills
