Job Title: CSR for Spanish Account
Location: Cebu, Philippines
Salary Package:
• Basic Pay: PHP 15,000 - 20,000
• Language Premium: PHP 45,000 - 60,000
Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Spanish-speaking account. If you are fluent in Spanish, have a passion for helping customers, and are looking to kick-start your career, this is an excellent opportunity for you! We welcome entry-level candidates or fresh graduates who are eager to grow in a customer service environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and support requests in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and problem resolution
• Meet and exceed individual and team goals for performance and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• High School Graduate, completed 2nd year of college (Undergraduate), or a College Graduate
• Proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a must
• Entry-level position; no prior experience required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
