Roles and Responsibilities

Respond to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat

Analyze and resolve issues received from the customer

Escalate the call to the next level if necessary

Perform other related tasks needed
Qualifications:
-
1 year of Spanish bilingual BPO experience is required
-
At least SHS graduate or have completed at least 2 years in college
-
Must have a strong command of both Spanish and English (written & verbal)
-
Willing to work onsite at EXL Mall of Asia, Pasay City
