*About The Role:*

ResultsCX Cebu is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Premium Telco Voice Account. We offer a competitive salary up to Php 25K plus benefits with a fast and convenient virtual hiring process.

*Salary Offer Based on Experience:*

- Php 20,000 Package: For candidates with 6 to 23 months of BPO voice experience

- Php 25,000 Package: For candidates with 24 months and above BPO voice experience

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to telco products and services

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently

- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high satisfaction

- Meet quality and performance metrics

*Qualifications:*

- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum of 6 months BPO voice experience is required

- Strong English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City on a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP
