1. TECH AND CONSUMER ACCOUNT
- Must have 6 months Sales Experience
- High School / Senior High School Graduate
- Need 1 Valid ID prior to training: Passport, UMID, Professional License if available ex. PRC or other digitized prof ID, Voters ID, Postal, National ID - Digitized - Not printed copy, and Drivers License
- Salary: ₱20,000
2. BFSI ACCOUNT
- At least 6 months Call Center Experience
- High School / Senior High School Graduate
- Salary: ₱19,116 - ₱22,000
- Account Allowance: ₱0 - ₱3,000
3. BFSI ACCOUNT
- At least 12 months Call Center Experience
- High School / Senior High School Graduate
- Salary: ₱19,000 - ₱28,000
- Account Allowance: ₱0 - ₱4,000
4. TRAVEL AND HOSPITALITY ACCOUNT
- At least 24 months of GDS Experience
- High School / Senior High School Graduate
- Salary: ₱33,000 - ₱55,000
- Account Allowance: ₱12,000 - ₱34,000
General Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service oriented and target driven
What You’ll Do
- For Tech and Consumer: Handle product inquiries, sales, and technical support
- For BFSI: Assist with financial products, account inquiries, and transactions
- For Travel and Hospitality: Handle bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries using GDS
- Provide excellent customer service via voice, chat, or email
- Meet quality and performance targets
