*Account: Telco + Healthcare
NIGHT SHIFT/SHIFTING SCHEDULE
*Role:*
Handle inbound/outbound calls for Telco and Healthcare clients. Provide support, troubleshoot issues, process requests, and ensure excellent customer experience.
*Requirements:*
- HS grad or College level
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work shifting schedule, weekends, holidays
- Customer service/call center experience is a plus
- Tech-savvy and patient
