We are seeking *Customer Care Specialists* to support customers across diverse international industries.
Responsibilities
• Handle customer concerns through phone and available support channels.
• Provide clear and accurate information.
• Assist with account, billing, order, booking, product, and service inquiries.
• Troubleshoot basic concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain professional communication throughout every interaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately.
Requirements
• Senior High School graduate or above.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work shifting schedules.
• Willing to work onsite.
• BPO experience is an advantage.
• Freshers may be considered for selected accounts.
