Requirements:

- Voice roles only (no chat, email, or back-office positions).

- Onsite roles only (no Work From Home or hybrid jobs).

- Candidates must have at least 6 months of BPO voice experience.

- Employment type: Full-time.

- Include a mix of inbound customer service, outbound customer service, technical support, healthcare voice, financial customer service, collections, and sales voice accounts.

Minimum Experience Required: 6 months BPO voice experience

Educational Requirement: At least Senior High School (SHS) graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from postpaid mobile subscribers regarding billing inquiries and plan changes.

Troubleshoot basic network and device connectivity issues.

Process service upgrades, add-ons, and loyalty discounts.

Document call interactions accurately in the CRM system.

De-escalate irate customers by providing empathic and solution-driven support.

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal).

Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Basic knowledge of iOS/Android troubleshooting.

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.

Strong customer orientation and patience.

Work Setup: Onsite only
