Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Job Location: Philippines

Job Summary:

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients or customers of a company. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach required.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.

Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, orders, and general inquiries.

Identify and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently.

Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.

Maintain detailed customer records and update databases.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.

Actively seek customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.

Adhere to service level agreements and quality standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
