*THE OPPORTUNITY:*

We are hiring *Call Center Agents for our Healthcare Account at Sagility Iloilo*!

If you have BPO experience and strong customer service skills, this is your chance to join a leading healthcare BPO and grow your career.

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

- Open to College Graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience OR

- Completed at least 2 years in college with 72 units plus 12 months of work experience in any industry

- Strong customer service orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing

- Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo
