WE NOW ACCEPT WITHOUT BPO EXPERIENCE, FRESHERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY: ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Listen to customer's questions and concerns and provide answers or responses. •Provide information about products and services.
- Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments. •Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary.
- Handle returns or complaints.
QUALIFICATION:
- Completed at least 2 years in college or, High school graduate
- Completed a 2-year vocational/certificate course HS GRAD, 2ND YR COLLEGE COMPLETE, COLLEGE GRAD WITH/WITHOUT BPO EXPERIENCE
- MUST BE GOOD IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION
