WE NOW ACCEPT WITHOUT BPO EXPERIENCE, FRESHERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY: ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Listen to customer's questions and concerns and provide answers or responses. •Provide information about products and services.
•Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments. •Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary.
•Handle returns or complaints.
QUALIFICATION:
•Completed at least 2 years in college or, High school graduate
•Completed a 2-year vocational/certificate course HS GRAD, 2ND YR COLLEGE COMPLETE, COLLEGE GRAD WITH/WITHOUT BPO EXPERIENCE
MUST BE GOOD IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION ~ BENEFITS:
