Customer Service - Specialty Pharmacy - Optum Cebu - Up to 20K + 3,600 Allowances - Onsite

Job Description:

Optum Cebu is hiring for Specialty Pharmacy Account! Be part of a healthcare account that makes a difference. Flexible with shifting schedule and passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries for Specialty Pharmacy account

- Provide excellent customer service and healthcare support

- Assist customers with pharmacy-related concerns

- Ensure high-quality service and patient satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Open to Bachelors Graduate with or without BPO experience

- College level / College undergrad with 6 months to 1 year BPO experience REQUIRED

- HS Graduate with 2 years BPO experience REQUIRED

- Must be flexible with shifting schedule (Most likely Night Shift)

- No fixed weekends off

- Willing to work Onsite in Cebu

- MAX of 36 months tenure cap

Salary + Allowances Breakdown:

- 0-6 months BPO exp: PHP 17,000 + PHP 3,600 Allowance = PHP 20,600 Package

- 7-12 months BPO exp: PHP 18,000 + PHP 3,600 Allowance = PHP 21,600 Package

- 13-18 months BPO exp: PHP 19,000 + PHP 3,600 Allowance = PHP 22,600 Package

- 19-36 months BPO exp: PHP 20,000 + PHP 3,600 Allowance = PHP 23,600 Package
