Are you passionate about entertainment and media? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative for a leading international satellite TV provider. You will assist customers with billing inquiries, account upgrades, and basic technical troubleshooting for their entertainment services.
Qualifications:
* High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate.
* Minimum of 6 months of BPO or call center experience.
* Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
* Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
