Teleperformance Makati is urgently hiring for Telco Account! Minimum 3 months BPO experience required! Earn up to PHP 27K package with a leading global BPO company!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information

- Resolve telco service issues and concerns efficiently

- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver quality service

- Meet performance targets, KPIs, and quality metrics

- Document customer interactions accurately

*Qualifications:*

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate accepted

- At least 3 months BPO experience required (Voice or Non-Voice experience accepted)

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Makati City

- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP - Immediate joiners preferred
