We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented professionals to join our Telecommunications Customer Support Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related matters. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through inbound support channels.
• Assist customers with billing concerns, service requests, account maintenance, and general inquiries.

Qualifications:
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and navigation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
