ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-growing support team handling customer inquiries, concerns, and service assistance.
This role is open to both fresh graduates and candidates with or without call center experience. If you are confident, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in customer service, this opportunity is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer inquiries through calls or other communication channels
- Provide accurate information and support to customers
- Resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure positive customer experience at all times
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- With or without call center experience
- Excellent communication skills
- 18 years old and above
- Filipino citizen or with legal working status
- College graduates of any course are welcome
- Willing to start immediately
- No recent application within the last 1–2 months (unless re-endorsed)
