ROLE OVERVIEW / PURPOSE:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our US HEALTHCARE Account. Your purpose is to assist US customers with Appointment Scheduling and Billing Inquiries with accuracy and confidentiality.
SALARY & LOCATION:
**Pay:** ₱25,000 Package
**Location:** On-site Only | Taguig & Makati
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1. Handle appointment scheduling for US customers via phone
2. Address billing inquiries and provide correct information
3. Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of all transactions
4. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
5. Comply with healthcare privacy and quality standards
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. **At least 6 months** BPO/Call Center experience
2. Can speak English clearly
3. Strong attention to detail and integrity
4. Good computer and typing skills
5. Willing to work on-site in Taguig or Makati
EXPERIENCE / CERTIFICATIONS:
- At least 6 months BPO experience required
- Healthcare experience is an advantage but not required
- No certifications needed. Training will be provided
