Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Auto Insurance Account

Location: Cebu City, Cebu - Work From Office (WFO)

Job Description:

EXL Service Cebu is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Auto Insurance Account under the Insurance P and C Vertical. This is a great opportunity for candidates with driving knowledge and BPO experience.

Qualifications:

- Must be at least High School Graduate

- With at least 1 Year Call Center Experience

- Must have a Drivers License

- B2 CEF Level of English communication skills

- Knowledge in Auto Insurance is an advantage but not required

- Willing to work on-site in Cebu City

- Willing to work on night shift / shifting schedule

- Can start on October 19, 2026

Salary and Benefits:

- Basic Salary: 18,500

- Complexity Allowance: 3,000

- Language Allowance: 3,000

- EXL Special Allowance: 2,675

- Total Package: Up to 27,175 per month

- HMO coverage on Day 1 plus Life Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle auto insurance claims, inquiries, and policy-related concerns

- Assist customers with insurance coverage and processes

- Provide excellent customer service to US-based clients

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with insurance procedures
