WE'RE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (BPO)

Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for your next career opportunity? We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our international voice account. If you have excellent communication skills and at least 6 months of BPO experience, we'd love to hear from you!

Minimum Qualifications

At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12)

Minimum of 6 months BPO experience (International Voice Account preferred)

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

Strong customer service, problem-solving, and active listening skills

Comfortable handling voice calls and customer concerns professionally

Basic computer navigation and typing skills

Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule

Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.

- Assist customers with inquiries, account concerns, billing issues, orders, and technical concerns depending on the assigned account.

- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and attendance.

- Maintain professionalism and empathy during every customer interaction.

- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
