Job Title: Customer Service Representative (BPO)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers through phone, email, or chat to provide information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
- Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience are welcome to apply.
