Job description:

Join Concentrix (CNX) and build your career in the BPO industry! We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

* High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate.
* Diploma must be available upon selection.
* Minimum of 6 months continuous BPO/Call Center experience is required.
* Applicants with less than 6 months of BPO experience will not be considered.
* Certificate(s) of Employment (COEs) from previous employer(s) are mandatory.
