A Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Consumer Electronics helps customers with products such as TVs, phones, laptops, home appliances, and other electronic devices. Their job is to assist customers before and after purchase.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls
Assist customers with inquiries about electronic products.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
Give basic information on product features and usage.
Support sales and help customers choose suitable products
Requirements:
HS/SHS Graduate, preferably with 3-5 years CCE
Good communication and computer skills
Ability to work onsite.
