We are looking for customer-oriented professionals to join our E-commerce Account team. You will assist customers with order inquiries, product information, order tracking, returns, refunds, and account-related concerns while providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience is preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
