Job Description:

Sagility is hiring for our ALLIED International Healthcare account in QC. You will be catering to members including pre-auth, benefits and eligibility claims.

Qualifications:

- College Graduate or Associate Graduate - any course

- EXCEPT: BS NURSING

- Minimum 2 years Call Center experience handling members under International healthcare accounts

- Experience in pre-authorization, benefits and eligibility is required

- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written

Compensation & Benefits:

- Upon hire: 23,000 PHP basic pay + 1,000 PHP flex fund allowance

- 20% Night differential

- HMO coverage on Day 1

- Performance Incentives

- 14th month Pay

- Rice allowance 300/month upon regularization

- Show Up Bonus

- Referral Bonus
