Job Description
Role: Production Agent
Location: Eton, Quezon City
Set-up: Purely work on site
Salary: Up to 20% hike from last drawn salary + 2400 allowance depending on experience, with 40K Joining Bonus (more than 50k asking is not accepted)
Qualifications:
Educational: At least HS old curriculum/SHS/2nd year completed up to college graduate
Experience:
1 to 2 years US or UK banking and telephony.
Must have experience from the following financial accounts: banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or other similar roles.
Good problem solving skills with proper and assertive communication
Understanding of customer service domain and comfortable dealing with international customers
Process: SAP Registration > Walk In
