ONE DAY PROCESS → JOB OFFER SAME DAY

Role Overview:

Be part of a US Collection account. You will contact customers to discuss payment options, resolve account concerns, and help them get back on track.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make and receive calls regarding overdue financial accounts

- Negotiate payment arrangements and offer solutions per client guidelines

- Provide excellent customer service while meeting collection targets

- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system

- Handle objections and de-escalate difficult calls professionally

Salary Package:

- Fresher/Adapter: ₱17,000 Basic Salary

- Experienced: Up to ₱25,000 Basic Salary with at least 6 months Collection experience

Qualifications:

- 18 years old and above

- At least K-12 Graduate / High School Graduate

- Good English Communication Skills - persuasive and customer-focused

- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedule including weekends & holidays

- No experience required for Freshers - full paid training provided

- For Experienced: Must have 6+ months Collection BPO experience with COE
