We are hiring for Travel & Hospitality and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) accounts!
TRAVEL & HOSPITALITY ACCOUNT
Salary Package: ₱26,000 – ₱45,000
Qualifications:
At least 12 months GDS (Global Distribution System) experience
High School or Senior High School Graduate
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in travel-related accounts is an advantage
Role Highlights:
• Assist customers with travel-related concerns and reservations.
• Provide accurate information and excellent customer support.
• Deliver seamless customer experiences for global travelers.
BFSI ACCOUNT – Customer Service Representative
Salary Package: ₱19,000 – ₱21,000
Qualifications:
No Call Center experience required – fresh applicants are welcome!
High School or Senior High School Graduate
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the financial services industry
Role Highlights:
• Support customers with banking and financial service inquiries.
• Provide professional assistance while ensuring customer satisfaction.
