JOB OPENING: CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENTS
Looking for a job where your communication skills can make a difference?
We are hiring Customer Support Agents to provide excellent assistance to customers and ensure their concerns are handled efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Managing incoming customer calls
Answering questions and providing information
Identifying customer issues
Finding suitable solutions
Keeping accurate records of interactions
Meeting assigned customer service targets
Requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong customer service skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Professional and friendly attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer skills are required
Experience in a call center or customer service environment is an advantage but not always required.
