CAREER OPPORTUNITY – CALL REPRESENTATIVE
We are searching for confident and customer-oriented individuals to work as Call Representatives.
If you can communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and enjoy assisting customers, we would love to hear from you.
Your role will include:
Responding to customer calls
Making follow-up calls when necessary
Providing solutions and relevant information
Building positive relationships with customers
Updating customer records and reports
