Customer SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Qualifications 1
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- 2 years cumulative BPO experience handling voice, tech/basic trouble shooting, chat AND email
Qualifications 2
- Senior High School Graduate / Completed at least 2 years in college
- 2 years cumulative BPO experience handling voice, tech/basic trouble shooting, chat OR email
Qualifications 3
- College level
- 2 years cumulative BPO experience handling voice and tech/basic trouble shooting
- Can support multiple concurrencies (email, phone, and chat)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts) ·
Salary Package: up to 40k
