We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented professionals to join our Retail Account team. In this role, you will assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, exchanges, account concerns, and general customer support. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating positive customer experiences.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service skills while working in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Successful candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work on shifting schedules

• Must be willing to work onsite within Metro Manila
