We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service through voice support while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Responsibilities include handling customer concerns, providing product and service information, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be willing to work on-site, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications vary depending on the assigned account. Openings are available for HS/SHS graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates, with opportunities for applicants with or without BPO experience. Some accounts require at least one year of customer service, healthcare, or technical support experience.
Available accounts include Retail, Project Luna, Global Home Security, and High Priority Banking, with salaries ranging from ₱15,000 to ₱19,000 depending on the account and qualifications.
This is a walk-in hiring process only. Applicants must bring an updated resume with a BP Slip attached and ensure their ICIMS profile is completed and correctly tagged before visiting the recruitment hub.
