We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for multiple accounts including Retail, Banking, Global Home Security, and Project Luna. Successful candidates will handle customer inquiries, account concerns, technical support, and service-related issues while delivering excellent customer experience.
Applicants must possess strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and willingness to work onsite in a fast-paced environment.
Available Accounts & Qualifications:
Retail Account • HS/SHS Graduate or College Undergraduate with at least 6 months BPO Experience • College Graduate with or without BPO Experience • Good Communication Skills • Willing to Work Onsite (WOSA)
Salary Package: ₱17,500
Project Luna Account • At least 1 year Healthcare or Technical Support Experience • Excellent Communication Skills • Willing to Work Onsite (WOSA)
Salary Package: ₱19,000
Retail Account (Fixed-Term Employment) • At least HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate • Excellent Communication Skills • Willing to Work Onsite (WOSA)
Salary Package: ₱15,000
Global Home Security Account • At least HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate • Excellent Communication Skills • At least 1 year Customer Service Experience (BPO or Non-BPO) • Experience working directly with customers is accepted (e.g., Starbucks, iStore, retail stores) • Willing to Work Onsite (WOSA)
Salary Package: ₱19,000
High Priority Banking Account • At least HS Graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate • With or Without BPO Experience • Excellent Communication Skills • Willing to Work Onsite (WOSA) • Additional Requirements: NBI Clearance, Police Clearance, and SSS Number available before training
Salary Package: ₱18,400
