Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Schedule: US Business Hours

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee a Healthcare account and drive operational excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day team operations and ensure performance targets are achieved.
• Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Handle escalations and support agents in resolving complex issues.
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and compliance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare-related compliance requirements.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and performance updates for management and clients.
• Foster a positive and engaging team environment.


Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2 years in College or a College Graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Team Lead.
• Healthcare account experience is preferred.
• Experience in Insurance, Claims Processing, or US Benefits is required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Quezon City.
• Must not be a current or former employee of Wipro.
