Role-Senior Client Services Agent – Canadian Wealth Management

Onsite | McKinley, Taguig

Night Shift

Salary Package: PHP 40,000 – 50,000 + PHP 3,216 Allowance

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong background in Canadian Wealth Management accounts! If you have solid financial customer service experience, this could be your next big career move

Qualifications:

• College Graduate (Business-related course is a plus)

• Minimum 2 years call center experience supporting Canadian Wealth Management

• Experienced in handling Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds & Specialty Products

• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

• Can manage complex client concerns professionally

• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig on a night shift schedule

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Financial Advisors & Clients regarding wealth management products

Handle inquiries across multiple platforms professionally

Resolve escalated client concerns & provide accurate solutions

Maintain quality documentation & compliance standards

Serve as SME / mentor for team members and new hires
