We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Telecommunications Customer Support team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries related to mobile, internet, and telecommunications services.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
•⁠ ⁠Resolve billing, account, service, and technical concerns.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate customer records.
•⁠ ⁠Meet quality assurance and customer satisfaction standards.
•⁠ ⁠Promote additional products and services when appropriate.

Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠High School or Senior High School Graduate.
•⁠ ⁠Good English communication skills.
•⁠ ⁠Basic computer knowledge.
•⁠ ⁠Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
•⁠ ⁠Willing to work shifting schedules.
