We are looking for dedicated and customer-oriented professionals to join our Telco Account team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers with telecommunications-related inquiries, billing concerns, account management, service requests, and general customer support.

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, resolving concerns efficiently, and creating positive customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO experience is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work on shifting schedules

• Willing to work onsite
