Account: US Healthcare – Appointment Scheduling & Billing Inquiry
Work Setup: On-Site(work from office)
Salary Package: PHP 25,000

Key Responsibilities

• Assist US healthcare customers with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and related inquiries.
• Handle billing concerns and provide accurate information and support.
• Deliver excellent customer service through professional communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Who We’re Looking For

At least 6 months BPO/Call Center experience REQUIRED
Strong English communication skills
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
Willing to work flexible schedules, including night shifts
Comfortable working in a virtual setup
