What You'll Do:

Process medical billing and insurance claims accurately

Handle billing inquiries and resolve payment-related concerns

Explain billing information clearly and professionally to customers

Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in Medical Billing, Healthcare RCM, or Customer Support

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information

Salary Package: Competitve

Work Setup: 100% ON-SITE
