POSITION DETAILS

- Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

- Work Setup: Onsite

- Required Experience: 1–4 years

- Education: At least 2 years completed in college or a finished Associate Degree

- Citizenship: Filipino citizens only

- Location: Taguig and Pampanga 

PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Candidates with hands-on customer service experience in the following industries are highly encouraged to apply:

- Utilities

- Telecommunications

- Insurance

- Banking and Financial Services (BFSI)

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Must have 1–4 years of relevant customer service experience.

- Must be willing to work onsite at the assigned location.

- Must be flexible with the assigned work shift and schedule.

- Must possess strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

- Must have the following documents readily available:

  Transcript of Records (TOR)

  Diploma

  Certificate(s) of Employment (COE)
