Job Description
We are expanding our team and are looking for motivated, customer-oriented professionals to join our organization. We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare and Collections accounts. Whether you are a fresh graduate, career shifter, or an experienced BPO professional, we welcome your application.
Available Accounts
Healthcare Account
Start Date: July 10, 2026
- Freshers/Adapters – Basic Salary: ₱18,000
- Experienced Candidates (minimum of 6 months Healthcare BPO experience) – Basic Salary: ₱23,000
Start Date: July 27, 2026
- Freshers/Adapters – Basic Salary: ₱16,000–₱18,000
- Experienced Candidates – Basic Salary: ₱20,000
Collections Account (Pioneer Program)
- Freshers/Adapters – Basic Salary: ₱17,000
- Experienced Candidates (minimum of 6 months Collections experience) – Basic Salary: Up to ₱25,000
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service through inbound and outbound interactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns accurately and professionally.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant BPO experience is an advantage for experienced positions.
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
