Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting (including weekends & holidays)
Qualifications:
College Graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience, OR
Completed 2 years in college (minimum 72 units) with at least 12 months of any work experience
Excellent customer service orientation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Salary & Benefits:
₱15,000 Basic Salary
₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance (upon hire)
₱2,000 Account Premium Allowance (upon hire)
20% Night Differential
HMO Coverage from Day 1
HMO for 1 dependent upon regularization
