Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Job Description:
A Customer Service Specialist is a professional responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers. They are the primary point of contact for customers and handle inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer Service Specialists work in various industries, including retail, e-commerce, telecommunications, finance, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person, and assist them with inquiries, product or service issues, and complaints. Provide accurate and timely information or solutions to meet customer needs.

Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues by actively listening to their concerns, investigating problems, and offering appropriate solutions. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.

Order Processing: Process customer orders, including order entry, verification, tracking, and delivery coordination. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment, and address any order-related issues or delays.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and promote upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HS Grad/ SHS/ College Grad preffered but open to all
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations or difficult customers
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
