Customer Service Specialist – Travel/Hospitality & BFSI Accounts


We are currently hiring Customer Service Specialists for Travel/Hospitality and BFSI accounts. This is a great opportunity for both experienced applicants and aspiring BPO professionals looking to start their careers.


Open Accounts


Travel/Hospitality Account


No call center experience required

Open to High School and Senior High School graduates


BFSI Account


Minimum of 6 months customer service/call center experience required

Open to High School and Senior High School graduates




Job responsibilities 

.Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, chat, or email

Provide accurate information and resolution to customer concerns

Maintain quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Follow company procedures and account guidelines


Qualifications


At least High School or Senior High School graduate

Good communication skills

Willing to work onsite in Pasay City

Can work in a shifting schedule

Basic computer navigation skills
