Role Overview:

We are seeking Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives to handle customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional service. This is an entry-level role – no experience required!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer concerns and technical issues promptly.

Provide accurate information on products and services.

Document interactions accurately in the system.

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

At least SHS Graduate – required.

18 years old and above – required.

Proficiency in English Communication – required.

No experience required – fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome!

Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.
