Job Overview Assisting customers via E-mail, chat, phone and other channels TBD at a high degree of quality
Responsibilities Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered making them promoters of the brand Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management. Night Shift Allowance : 30RM/Day KPI : 200RM to 500 RM
24 *7 Rotational Shift
TIKTOK PENANG RM 2800 - RM 3300
11am - 8pm 2pm - 11pm
Standard Chartered PLC- KL RM 3000 - RM 3900
Language allowance :300 RM
