Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist with strong experience in renewals, retention, or inside sales to join our growing team in Alabang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer retention, and supporting subscription renewals within a SaaS business environment.
Responsibilities
Manage customer renewals and retention processes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and account growth
Provide solutions based on customer needs and business objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience
Track customer engagement and renewal timelines
Support inside sales activities and account management initiatives
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in renewals, retention, or inside sales
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success principles and SaaS business models
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Amenable to work onsite in Alabang
Willing to work on a dayshift schedule
