About the Role
Myglit is actively seeking motivated and experienced BPO professionals to join our dynamic customer support team in Manila. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our international clients, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining our industry-leading performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional multi-channel support (voice, chat, or email) to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues efficiently with a professional attitude.
Maintain high-performance metrics aligned with our target goals:- 92% Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Rate
- 98% First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Navigate and document all customer interactions accurately within CRM software.
- Adapt smoothly to a 24/7 shift environment, including night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of solid experience in a BPO / Call Center environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
