Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, resolving queries, and providing timely updates.
Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate records, and updating customer information as needed.
Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain customers, improve customer loyalty, and increase customer lifetime value.
Requirements:
Education: Atleast 2 years completed in college / K to 12 Graduate.
Experience: Atleast 1 year BPO experience.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
